Hearing loss is not a single appointment. We start with the right diagnostic, fit or counsel only when the ears are ready, then verify and rehabilitate so speech stays clear at home, school and work.

What to expect
Arrive a few minutes early. Bring any previous audiograms, hearing aids or implant processors, and a parent or partner if you like a second pair of ears for the explanation. Children do best when they are rested and not hungry.
1. Share your concern
Tell us about muffled speech, a child’s delayed response, tinnitus or a follow-up after surgery. We suggest the right test, not a one-size battery.
2. Test with an audiologist
Sessions run in a quiet booth or play-based room. Results are explained in plain language, with a written report when you need one for school or a doctor.
3. A clear next step
That may be medical referral, a hearing-aid trial, implant counselling or speech therapy — never pressure to buy on the same day.
